The impact of future regulatory changes is unpredictable. Still, such changes are significant and can have a substantial adverse effect on platform development and growth and the adoption and usefulness of virtual assets. Licenses, permits, and approvals (collectively, "regulatory approvals") may be required to perform operational projects. Failure to obtain such permission for the platform or failure by the relevant authorities to renew or revoke regulatory approvals for any reason may adversely affect the company’s and its affiliates’ business.
There is no guarantee that related authorities will not impose stricter requirements in the future or that the WowCrypto team will be able to adapt in time to changing regulatory requirements. These strict regulations may limit the ability of the WowCrypto team to operate its business, which may be subject to non-conforming measures if it fails to comply with such requirements.
In addition, if the cost of complying with newly implemented regulations (financial or other) exceeds certain criteria, platform maintenance can no longer be commercially implemented, and the WowCrypto team can suspend the service. In addition, it is not possible to accurately predict how the government or regulatory agencies will implement distribution technologies, including platforms and virtual assets, and laws and regulations that affect the application.
In some cases, the WowCrypto team may have to suspend service operations in jurisdictions where it is commercially impossible or undesirable to obtain the regulatory approval required to operate in that jurisdiction. In the above situation, it is difficult to completely rule out the possibility that virtual assets will have little or no value.
